Apparance: Golden yellow with greenish hues.
Palate:Buttery and toasty notes typical of long aging.
Final impression: Very well integrated and elegant bubbles, gentle, excellent aftertaste.
Combinations: Oustanding with seafood, fish. White meats and cheese.
Serve at 7 to 8°C.
Limited production with numbered bottles.
