We are in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, which is the cradle of Cava since its birth at the end of the 19th century, in the traditional area defined as “Comtats de Barcelona”. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and sheltered by the mountains of Montserrat, Vall d’Anoia-Foix provides us with unique microclimates on plots ranging from 120 to more than 500 metres high. Respect for the land with a 100% organic cultivation and a careful manual harvest are the basis for preparing the wines from which our Cavas will be born.

Nos encontramos en Sant Sedurni d'Anoia. cuna del Cava desde su nacimiento a finales del s. XIX. en la zona tradicional delimitada como 'Comtats de Barcelona'. Bañados por el Mediterráneo y al abrigo de las montañas de Montserrat. VALLS D'ANOIA-FOIX nos proporciona mictoclimas únicos en parcelas que van de 0 hasta 900 metros de altitud. El respeto a la tierra con un cultivo 100% ecológico. y una esmerada vendimia manual son la base para preparar los vinos de los que nacerán nuestros grandes Cavas.
